Shipping policy

At Rathnam Chekku Oil, we ensure your farm-fresh oils reach your kitchen safely and swiftly.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeframe
* All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our KV Kuppam facility within 1 to 2 working days of order confirmation.
* Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframes
* Tamil Nadu & South India: Delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
* Rest of India: Delivered within 5 to 8 working days after dispatch.
* Note: Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or courier network disruptions may cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges
* We offer Free Delivery on eligible orders above ₹499.
* For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the oils and the delivery destination.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

5. Damaged Packages
Because we ship heavy liquid products, we use specialized packaging. However, if your package arrives visibly tampered with or severely leaking, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@rathnamoils.in.
