* Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

2. Return Policy
We proudly offer a 30-Day Easy Returns window for our customers.
* Eligible Conditions for Return: 1. Unopened/Sealed Products: If you change your mind, you can return sealed, unused bottles within 30 days of delivery. 2. Defective/Damaged in Transit: If you receive a broken bottle, leaking oil, or the wrong product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Mandatory Proof: For damaged or defective claims, you must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the leakage or damage.
* Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return. For approved returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with shipping instructions.
3. Refund Processing & Timeframes
* Quality Check: Once the returned item is received at our facility, we will inspect it within 2 working days.
* Refund Timeline: Upon successful verification and approval of the return, the refund will be processed. The credited amount will reflect in your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days.
* Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
4. Exchange & Replacement Timeframes
If you opt for a replacement (e.g., replacing a bottle damaged in transit) instead of a refund:
* Approval & Dispatch: Once your replacement request is approved (within 24-48 hours of your claim), the new product will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
* Delivery: The replacement product will be delivered to you within the standard shipping timeframe of 3 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
